    Ordered a chicken sandwich fries, double cheese burger and cheese and gravy fries.I'm not sure what arrived the chicken sandwich was burnt to a crisp as was the bap both of which were tiny. The gravy fries never arrived and whatever did isn't worth mentioning only that it was late and stone cold. Low and behold there's no way of contacting the restau.... hole.Would not recommend at all. Worst I've ever had.

    I recently visited the Tim Hortons at coler aine and I must say, my experience was outstanding! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by the staff, and the atmosphere felt inviting. The manager on duty, Shishir , truly deserves recognition.They managed a busy morning rush with such grace and efficiency, ensuring that every customer was attended to promptly. I watched as they motivated the team, providing support and encouragement while juggling multiple orders. It was clear that they foster a positive work environment, which translated into excellent service for all of us.Not only did I receive my favorite coffee just the way I like it, but the manager also took the time to personally check in on customers, making everyone feel valued. This level of customer care is rare and speaks volumes about their leadership.I highly recommend this location for both the delicious beverages and the incredible service led by an exceptional manager. Kudos to the whole team!

    I have been going to Tim Hortons most Sunday mornings since they opened. The staff are super friendly and efficient and the food always comes quickly. However.... For the past few weeks I have been disappointed with my muffin not being toasted. I have been told they are not toasting them anymore.. I have stopped ordering them because of this... Yes the wraps and bagels are good... But I want a toasted muffin please!!! Bring back toasted muffins please!!
